What Search Information is available from an NLIS Channel?
Almost anything you need to know about a property - whether you're a potential buyer or a seller thinking about what you may need to provide in the new Home Information Packs - can be obtained electronically through NLIS via one of the NLIS Licensed Channels. In fact, over 60 different searches are available. Comprehensive listings can be found by contacting any of the three NLIS Licensed Channels, but here are the main search categories:
Local Authority (LLC1, CON29R, CON29O [incl Q22 which replaces the CR21 from 1 August] and the CR21 [the latter will cease on the 1 August])
Land Registry (a whole range of searches are available)
