The system dispenses with paper forms and as a result, the NLIS website has been linked to our in-house case management system. All information is now automatically entered, saving time and reducing the risk of error.
"Using NLIS means that Thompson Smith & Puxon can now provide more accurate searches and faster results. We have also seen a reduction in office administration and the staff time spent on searches, with none of the old complaints about search delays from our clients. These benefits more than counter the minor increase in expenses incurred.
